About Ridgeline Custom Builders
Established in 2005 by Matt Dolan, Ridgeline Custom Builders is a general contractor company. With a strong network of subcontractors in the Wenatchee Valley and throughout North Central Washington, Ridgeline works with the understanding that timeliness is critical, and quality is paramount. Our history of satisfied customers points to our ability to integrate changes and achieve successful results.
Matt works with the understanding that building is a process. His foresight and planning create a smooth path toward project completion. He maintains a manageable workload, allowing him to focus on the task at hand and personally perform or supervise all work that is done.
Drawing from his experience working in civil and structural engineering, Matt combines his understanding of construction principles with his energetic, customer-focused attitude to provide his clients with a uniquely enjoyable building experience.

Butler Cabin
Chelan, WA
This project is packed with interesting building features. We used a variety of materials, such as stained fir siding, wood-framed windows, stained concrete countertops, and a large, wrap-around deck finished with stained and textured concrete. The cabin also features a heavy timber frame.
Freed Cabin
South Shore, Lake Wenatchee, WA
This project consisted involved a complete remodel to incorporate more modern materials and features while maintaining the cabin’s original rustic feel. A large part of the project was lifting the cabin over 13 feet to add a basement and a new, retrofitted foundation to make it a more permanent structure.
